Reviews and Ratings
I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The location is decent, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. My room had numerous issues, including pests and a dirty spa bath. Although there's potential for a nice experience, the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance overshadowed it. Sadly, I won't be returning unless significant improvements are made.
My stay at this motel was quite disappointing. While the grounds were beautiful, the accommodations were lacking in cleanliness and maintenance. The room I got was noisy and not what I had booked, and I found the dining options underwhelming. Overall, it felt overpriced for what was offered, and unfortunately, I won't be returning.
The resort offers spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the bushland, which made for a pleasant coffee experience on the private patio. However, the service left something to be desired, and the dining situation could use improvement. Overall, it's a good place for a peaceful stay but with some areas needing attention.
I was really looking forward to my stay at Meninya Palms, but I was sadly disappointed. While the location is decent and the water pressure in the shower was lovely, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The room I've stayed in several times before showed signs of neglect and the new owners don't seem to have the same dedication to upkeep. I definitely won't be returning unless significant improvements are made.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the upgraded room was spacious and clean, the initial room I was given had serious cleanliness issues, including ants and mould. The conference facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. On the positive side, my stay included a generous upgrade after my complaints, and I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. However, the overall state of the property definitely needs attention.
